Brooke Arent, PMP

As Founder and Managing Principal of Axiom & Arc LLC, Brooke advises leaders on PMO operating models, enterprise portfolio governance, transformation strategy, investment prioritization, program recovery, and durable organizational change.

Her work combines analytical rigor, pattern recognition, and practical executive judgment. She identifies the root issue, makes decision rights and value criteria explicit, and builds an executable path that connects strategy, capacity, governance, delivery, adoption, and realized value.

Across enterprise roles, Brooke has led global programs, technology transformations, operational improvement, and complex cross-functional portfolios spanning industrial technology, financial services, healthcare, education, manufacturing, supply chain, utilities, legal, and construction environments.

Brooke is the creator of Becoming Indomitable, which won Blogger of the Year at the United Kingdom–based 2023 Mental Health Blog Awards.
